01 / Estimate rule
Four disciplines, one written estimate per job card.
Before you compare packages or branch labour rates further down, we owe you the rule that governs them: a written, line-item estimate is issued only after inspection. Nothing is billed from a website figure.
A technician inspects the vehicle at the branch, then issues a line-item estimate listing each operation, part and hour.
No spanner turns until you approve that document. You approve in writing, at the counter or remotely.
If a second fault appears mid-job, work pauses and a supplementary estimate is issued for the same approval step.

02 / Disciplines
Every job closes with a written entry against the vehicle, readable at any branch in the network.
Each discipline is scoped before work starts. The estimate rule is identical at every branch: a written line-item estimate is issued after inspection, and no work proceeds without your approval. Additional faults are quoted separately and may be declined without affecting the approved job.
Fault tracing on engine, transmission, chassis and electrical systems, with guided component tests and logged live data.
Fixed packages by vehicle class, with oil, filter set, brake check, fluid top-up and a 38-point inspection listed on the job card before the bay is booked.
Suspension, brakes, clutch, cooling and timing work. Parts numbers and warranty terms are printed on the estimate and again on the invoice.
Mileage, operation, branch, technician initials and parts are written to the vehicle file at handover. The next interval is calculated from that history, not from a windscreen sticker.
Entries follow the vehicle identification number, so a car serviced in one city carries its full history to the next. Records are released to the owner on request and stay available after the vehicle is sold.
04 — Packages and rates
Every figure below is a "from" price in UAH. The rate printed on your job card governs.
| Vehicle class | Included operations | From, UAH | Bay time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Compact and city cars | Engine oil and filter, cabin filter, 32-point check, fluid top-up | 2 450 | 2 h |
| Mid-size and crossovers | As above plus brake inspection and battery load test | 2 980 | 2.5 h |
| SUVs and light commercial | As above plus driveline and suspension check | 3 650 | 3 h |
| Branch | Diagnostics | Scheduled service | Mechanical repair |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kyiv · Antonovycha | 950 | 780 | 1 050 |
| Kyiv · Pozniaky | 900 | 740 | 1 000 |
| Lviv · Center | 870 | 710 | 960 |
| Dnipro · Left bank | 840 | 690 | 930 |
Rates cover bay time only and exclude parts. A written line-item estimate is issued after inspection, no work proceeds without your approval, and additional faults are quoted separately. What this network does not do.
Book a slotSection 04 / Scope
Stated before you book, not after the job card is opened.
Four jobs we hand back, and who we send you to instead.
Bodywork and paint
No panel beating, spraying, or collision straightening. Our bays are mechanical only, so we pass the written estimate to a body shop you choose.
Manufacturer warranty work
We cannot validate a factory warranty claim. We record the service in full, and the franchised dealer stays responsible for the claim itself.
Licensed software coding
No ECU reprogramming, key pairing, or calibration that needs a manufacturer licence. Diagnostics stop at the written fault report.
Tyres, glass, and upholstery
No tyre fitting, windscreen replacement, or trim restoration. Mechanical repair and scheduled servicing only.
When a fault needs one of these, the advisor says so at the counter and you pay nothing for the inspection. Check fixed package rates or book a slot.
